What is the return policy?
We print each garment on demand once your order is placed, to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary bulk production. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if your item arrives with a printing error or damage, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — all purchases are final sale. Because each item is made to order, we kindly ask customers to double-check the size chart and measure themselves before placing an order to ensure the best fit. The clothing is unisex and runs true to size - for an oversized fit, size up 1-2 sizes from your usual.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is sent into production quickly to avoid overproduction and waste. For this reason, we’re unable to cancel or make changes after checkout. Please be sure all details are correct before placing your order.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, as each item is made to order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number included. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier delivery schedule.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally, and they are printed in the GTA using Canadian Printers as our partners.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free if you place an order over $75. If your order is below $75 you are subject to a flat shipping fee which will display at checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page and measure yourself for the best fit. Garments are unisex and true to size. For an oversized look, we recommend you size up 1-2 sizes.
How should I wash my garment?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Following these instructions helps preserve the print and fabric.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $75. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee.
