Do you take refunds and/or exchanges?
Because each garment is printed individually at the time of purchase to reduce waste and overproduction, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges — including changes in sizing or color. Please double-check your size and color selection before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit. Sizing charts can be found in each product description.

What if there is a problem with the graphic printed or the product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with a printing error or any damage, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. Once we review the images, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Are these printed in Canada?
Yes — all of our garments are printed in Canada. We work with production partners in the GTA to ensure high-quality printing and to support local businesses. Keeping our production within the country helps strengthen our economy and allows us to maintain reliable, Canadian-made service.

How will I know if my order is on it's way?
Once your order has been printed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. This will allow you to follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, or reach out to us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

How do I wash the garments?
To keep your garment looking its best, wash it inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Following these care instructions helps maintain the quality and longevity of the printed graphic. A wash instruction sheet will also be included with your order to guide you through proper care.

What is the production time for orders?
All of our garments are printed on demand, which helps reduce waste and overproduction. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Orders below that threshold are subject to a $14.99 delivery fee, which helps cover shipping and handling costs from our print partners. -
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our printing partners to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.

How do I choose the correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend reviewing the measurements carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package — what should I do?
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbours or your building’s delivery area first. If it still doesn't turn up, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each item begins production shortly after the order is placed, we are often unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to adjust something, please contact us right away — if production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can update it as long as your order hasn’t entered production or been shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, we’re unable to reroute it, and replacement fees may apply if it cannot be recovered.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We hope to expand international shipping options in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods offered through Shopify’s secure checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are your products unisex?
Yes — our apparel items are unisex unless otherwise stated. Please refer to each product description for specific fit information and size charts.

Are the colours in the photos accurate?
We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible, but shades may vary slightly depending on your screen’s brightness and colour settings. Small variations are normal and not considered printing issues.
